About the Role
Our business is growing and thriving. To meet the growing demand, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in increasing business productivity and enhancing internal collaboration & customer engagement.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will build custom business apps and solutions that help our teams run their daily activities more efficiently. You will work collaboratively within the Salesforce team on front-end and back-end customizations and attend agile ceremonies, from technical requirements to deployment.
Your day-to-day will look something like this:
- Work with business units to identify pain points and play back solutions
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in alignment with business requirements.
- Application development (including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components).
- Assist with each release cycle to deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
- Work with integrated applications such as DocuSign, Conga, Marketing Cloud, and other inhouse applications.
- Test (unit and systems) and debug.
About You
You will be an experienced Developer with 2+ year’ experience and product knowledge and coding experience in Salesforce. You are passionate about the platform and know your way around it, but you are also a believer in continuous learning and like to expand your Salesforce knowledge, skills, and certifications.
Other skills we see as critical to succeed in this position:
- Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in the deployment process using CI/CD tools.
- A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements, always with best practices in mind.
- Team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of people and a willingness to support others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity
