About The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager - Inbound, your role is crucial in helping us achieve our vision of being the number one choice for our members in terms of customer service. You will be the centre point of support for our members, responding to queries or requests that come in from our 0800 number or email in relation to KiwiSaver and Managed Funds.
This is a fixed-term contract starting ASAP through until end July 2025.
Your day-to-day will look something like this:
- Responding to general queries that come in from members and advisers primarily through our 0800 number or email, ensuring a seamless experience
- Ensuring compliant AML/CFT documentation is obtained
- Problem solving and working proactively to find positive solutions for our members
- Liaison with key stakeholders such as compliance
- Ownership of member complaint handling and managing vulnerable members
- Training and development, we are an agile business so you can expect to be upskilled regularly
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be intrinsically motivated to provide great customer service and create a seamless experience for our members. You will enjoy the variety that comes with working in an inbound call centre and pride yourself on your ability to effectively resolve queries while leaving a positive impression on our members.
In addition to the above, we are also looking for:
- 2+ years in a customer service or relationship management role
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
- High-performance mindset, intrinsically motivated to perform
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High degree of IT literacy and ability to adapt to new technology
